Tennis Coaching

Teaching all levels of the game from 5 & up.

I’m a former coach form college and high school alike. Coaching at the University of Massachusetts at Boston for both Men’s & Women’s teams as well as Charlotte Country Day School for both boy’s and girl’s teams.

Fit-CF coaches recreational toddlers, first-time adults, to weekend warriors. 

Fit-CF provides performance coaching for competitive tournaments, high school, and college players to increasing performance results.

 Movement & Health Lifestyle coaching

I understand that healthy lifestyles are 70% mental and 30% physical  Spending time on our mental health gives us the advantage to accomplish our personal goals. True lifestyle changes come from within, but we all need some guidance. I coach each person with techniques from the Extreme Execution coaching program of Eric Thomas.  Every step of the way I work alongside each client to help strategically develop and guide clients to their personal goals.

Training athletes on proper anatomical funcnctions to safely develope balance , stability, strenght, agility, endurance and speed specifically for athletic performance.
